Solomon is sitting up!

We just got home from a 10 day trip to Lubbock and Solomon has developed a few new tricks! He is sitting up and "lunge" crawling around! I can't believe that tomorrow he will be six months old. My boy is getting big! We are going to try solids again this week, wish me luck!

Solomon, 5 months continued

The 4-5 month mark had a lot of milestones in it for Solomon! We dropped his "dream feed" at 10:30 pm and he started sleeping from 8-7 every night! Thank you Babywise! We also decided to see if we could wean him off of his reflux meds and start him on solids. The first 2 days of solids went ok, but not great, and then he just started HATING it. He was puking a lot more and his naps were starting to get terrible and so we put him back on his dose of Prevacid and he is back to normal. I think I'll try doing solids again after Christmas. He is getting up and rocking like he is about to crawl and he is also "talking" now. He does this deep grunt over and over, it is REALLY funny! I will have to get it on film for my next video. He is such an easy baby and spends most of his day bouncing like a mad man in his jumper or exploring things on the floor. What a dream for a work at home mom! I love him so much.

Solomon in pants

Since he is getting so big and old, he's too big to be wearing JUST a diaper in his photos and so I've graduated him to just wearing pants... :)

Solomon is 5 months old!

I can't believe how long we have had our little boy now. 5 months is some serious time. He has traveled with me all around Texas this month and did awesome! On our trip back from Lubbock he only cried for about 2 minutes... atta boy! For his 5 month present we decided to feed him rice cereal... it wasn't what he or I had expected...
