Meet Dre and Kaden. This duo modeled for a 20 minute mini session for my group Brainwash in Lubbock. Isn't this boy adorable??? I hope that my son looks like him, which he probably will with Josh's dark hair and blue eyes!

He's a cutie for sure! Also, I am in love with her hair color! I think I found some inspiration for the next time I get mine done! =)

My friend Amanda has the cutest little boy and he is obsessed with baseball. I was itching to shoot the other day, but this poor boy was not. It was a good thing that his momma was there to make him feel ok because he wouldn't even look at me he was so shy. This really baffled me since the kid has been around me a few times and has always warmed up, maybe it was the scary camera:)

I love them! I think Luke was just wanting to get to the whole playing w the giant horse like dog part that comes with being Miss Laurens friend :). Either that, or the fact it was nap time. He

I went to stay two nights with my best friend, Aimee Braun, last weekend on my way back to Oklahoma from Lubbock, and what would a visit be without photos of her adorable boys?

Have you ever had a friend that you connect with and have almost mirrored their entire life? Aimee is that person with me. She is 8 years older, but we have had almost identical lives. Like me, she was homeschooled in junior high, her dad was a preacher, her parents divorced, she had a son with a Bible name when she was 25 and she now lives in a small country town. We laugh at all of our similarities. She will probably be one of my longest friends and I'm sure that we will talk about our children getting married in about 15 years (if I have a daughter, that is:). I love my friend Aimee, her husband Dave and her two boys Elijah and Ethan.

Here are a few from their session in a small community 45 minutes East of Abilene, Texas.

I simply LOVE these sweet pics! The one with the cat and dog is priceless! It cracks me up that this dog is perfectly posing and then with our lab you had to make all kids of noises just to get her to look up! LOL!
