The kitchen is almost complete! All that Josh lacks is the cabinet doors and the house will be FINISHED! I never thought this day would come! We have spent around $10,000 on the remodel and with Josh and his dad doing all of the work we are sure to have raised the value of the house by about $20-$30k! Hopefully, maybe we will have it appraised just to find out.
So this was the color I picked for the kitchen and it just wasn't going to work, so we went back to Lowe's and picked a more neutral color from the backsplash colors...
And here is the living room completely finished!
And here is the family tree wall that is finally complete in the farm room (guest room)
Wow -- that new color in the kitchen really made all the difference!!! Eeek-it looks GREAT!
(10.26.10 @ 10:33 AM)Congrats! You did great!
(10.26.10 @ 11:36 AM)I love how you displayed your photos in your living space. In the frames on the leftside - what size are those prints? I was guessing 8 x 10. I'm also curious what size the large print is on the top shelf. Sometimes it is difficult to know how they will come out.
I love the softer color in the kitchen. I LOVE seeing the remodel photos! So fun!

(12.14.10 @ 03:48 PM)Hi! I love, love, love your home! I was wondering what color it is you used in the kitchen and is it the same color as in the dining room? The wall of photos in your living room is absolutely gorgeous!
