Erin and Sam Garrett | Old Glory Ranch Wedding Wimberley, Texas

It felt good to be back at my old stomping grounds in Wimberley- Old Glory Ranch.

Before I had kids I would travel down to Old Glory from Lubbock multiple times a year for weddings and even had my first wedding published in The Knot from an Old Glory wedding!

I couldn’t be more excited to photograph Erin and Sam’s wedding there this last weekend.

These two have been together for more than a decade and it was so fun to see them say their vows in the most beautiful, country elegance that can found in the Texas Hill Country.

Sam is a country singer and even sang for the crowd and his new bride during the reception.

Congratulations you two!!

Julie and Austin |Chandelier Ridge Wedding

Last weekend I drove up to Breckenridge, Texas to photograph this wonderful couple’s wedding at Chandelier Ridge. It was a hot Texas day, but the breeze blew right up over that ridge and kept the wedding guests nice and cool during the evening wedding.

I loved how Julie and Austin had their two Shelties in wedding attire and included them in the wedding! That maroon tutu dress was so funny and cute!

The night cooled off with lots of dancing, yummy cake and a celebration send off under the Texas stars. Congratulations Julie and Austin!!

Sam and Grayson | Salle De David Wedding Lubbock, Texas

Last weekend I had the pleasure of heading back to my hometown of Lubbock, Texas to photograph Sam and Grayson’s wedding at Eberley Brooks Events’ Salle De David.

I first met Sam at her older sister’s wedding several years ago at Eberley Brooks and then got to fly to Las Vegas to photographer her other sister’s wedding two years ago. I was so humbled that Sam asked me to photograph her wedding also!

The afternoon went on without a hiccup and the weather in Lubbock was PERFECT! I can’t remember the last outdoor wedding that I photographed there where it was cloudy and 80 degrees without mosquitos!

Everything was so beautiful and my I loved the groom’s cake that looked just like a golf bag!

Congratulations you two!!

When I was 12 I began to write an autobiography that i titled,

"Lauren Lee, a horse of a different color".
