Today I was inspired to get out my 50mm and shoot it on manual focus and practice getting closer shots with the boys. My old favorite lens has been less than perfect for the last year or two and so it has been delegated to the last lens that I try to use with family sessions, but changing it to manual focus and just moving closer until I can see that it’s sharp was a success! I put it on f/1.8 and played for an hour while the boys were in the yard. 50mm
