The summer seemed endless!! At the very end of summer my kids and I were all dragging bottom. I needed a creative outlet and to get back to work and they needed structure, friends and learning. I began to problem solve… what is a way that I can stay creative and build a small community doing it in a way that no one else is? Then I got an email from a high school photographer asking to shadow me.

A week later this idea formed! I created a once a month meet up for high schoolers who are interested in becoming professional photographers. We will do one creative shoot each month to push ourselves into the uncomfortable zone of innovating and pushing the limits of what we know and do. This was our first shoot at the South Plains Fair last Friday night. We had a great time!!
