I haven’t had a home birth, BUT I will say you are so right about having pitocin. With my 2 boys I had to be induced with pitocin & then with my last birth 6 months ago of my baby girl…I had NOTHING & though contractions hurt…there is no doubt about that, BUT they were definitely not as intensely crazy like with my boys when they gave me pitocin. I had NO epidural, NOTHING with my lil Addi & contractions/labor was MUCH smoother than with my boys!

Kudos to you on the home birth….not sure I could do a home birth, but I’m with ya on the all natural…..labor part :-)
