Solomon has been a thumb sucker since the womb. I’m now beginning to read that it’s time to wean him off of it, any advice? He mainly does it when he’s tired of needing to overcome dissapointment, which I think is really sweet. He heard Kari Jobe on the radio and ran into the room and wanted to sit on the bed, he began to look real tired and started sucking his thumb… this was how we used to put him to bed when he was really cranky, by playing her music. What a sweet boy, only 7 weeks left as an only child!

Addy is four and still sucks her thumb when she is tired or upset. We haven’t tried to break her of anything and it has slowly become less and less. I think thumb sucking lasts awhile
